Shipping Conditions

All shipping costs, such as taxes, import duties, additional costs of packaging related to destination country requirements, and any other potential additional costs for delivery of the goods are borne by the receiver.

If a shipment is not collected or is returned due to an incorrect delivery address provided to us, the costs associated with the return shipment and/or storage will be borne by the customer.

The abovementioned also applies if the shipment is returned to SOLO DANCEWEAR as ‘undeliverable’.

Therefore, please check the order form carefully, to ensure that the addressee details are correct and current. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery when it arrives.
